Key Responsibilities

  1. Assisting designing strategic Digital Media initiatives to boost increase in sales and awareness.
  2. Implement the company’s social media marketing and advertising strategies
  3. Plan and execute the social media content and activities calendar to engage online followers and convert them into returning customers.
  4. Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on all social media platforms.
  5. Create tailored content which will appeal to target audiences across all company’s digital media platforms
  6. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, interview responses and Organized their distribution through various channels.
  7. Perform search Engine Optimisation and generation of inbound traffic.
  8. Design graphics for the social media pages
  9. Create and manage a regular publishing/content management schedule.
  10. Design, create and manage promotions and Digital advertisement campaigns.
  11. Carry out periodic target audience research and submit report on findings to the company.
  12. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
  13. Oversee and liaise with vendors for creation of graphics design that suit Hush’D standard.
  14. Manage the company’s website and make periodic update to all pricing information.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Officer.

Good communication skills.

  • Must be self-motivated with a result driven approach.
  • Experienced in social Media and Content Management.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Digital media platforms.

Advanced time management skills.

  • Experienced in executing Digital media campaigns tailored to multiple platforms.

Job Description

  • We are recruiting a Center Community Management Associate who will support in
  • activating and engaging the community as well as be responsible for communications related to our programs and activities.

Event Planning & Communication Management

  • Execute and organize events and workshops where students will receive hands-on support and capacity development.
  • Organize monthly meet ups to incorporate an ownership culture within the community, facilitate sharing and engage all stakeholders.
  • Drive traffic to the centre’s website and blog in order to increase brand awareness.
  • Updating the website pages in order to ensure the most current information is displayed; and ensuring a good liaison between the website, blog, and social media platforms & Preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media activity.

Community engagement strategy Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in education, social sciences, public administration, communication, or any related field.
  • Having relevant experience in community engagement/management or a similar position is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of office software packages (MS Word, Excel).

Good communications and interpersonal skills with attention to details.

  • Excellent analytical skills; with the ability to retrieve, organise and analyse information from a variety of sources.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met, with the ability to prioritise workload without close supervision
